Legal Business Information:
Quickest Locksmith LLC is a registered business in the State of Oregon. All services referenced in this agreement are performed by Quickest Locksmith LLC or qualified technicians operating under the company’s licensing and regulatory requirements.
Warranty Policy
Quickest Locksmith offers a 60-day warranty on services when we supply the lock(s) or key(s) used in the job.
If the customer provides their own lock(s) or key(s), our warranty applies to labor only, not to the customer-supplied product.
We do not provide warranty coverage for any type of lockout service (including vehicle, trunk, residential, indoor, safe, storage, or commercial lockouts).
If accidental damage occurs during a lockout, we will make every reasonable effort to repair the issue.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty is void if the customer—or a third party acting on the customer’s behalf—modifies, alters, or manipulates the product or the result of the completed service after we finish the job.
Free Estimates
Estimates are provided at no cost.
However, a service call fee applies to dispatch a technician to your location.
Service Cancellation Policy
If the customer chooses to cancel after a technician has already arrived or is on site, a service cancellation fee will be charged.
This fee accounts for factors such as scheduling, technician dispatch, travel, timing, or other operational considerations.
Technicians provide final on-site pricing after evaluating the job.
Service Estimates & Pricing
Before dispatching a technician, we gather the necessary information about your situation and provide an estimated price range based on the details you share. Pricing may vary depending on the condition of the lock, accessibility, required tools, and materials.
On-Site Assessment & Final Quote
When the technician arrives, they will perform a full on-site assessment to determine the exact work required. After the assessment, the technician will present a clear, itemized breakdown of the service, tools, techniques, and parts needed, along with the final price.
Customer Approval Before Work Begins
No work will begin until the customer reviews, understands, and signs the written service authorization. Signing this document confirms the customer’s approval of the scope of work and the associated pricing.
Completion of Service & Final Invoice
Once the service is completed, the technician will issue the final invoice reflecting the approved services performed. Payment is due upon completion of the work.
Pricing & Authorization Policy
After the service authorization form has been reviewed and signed by the customer, the price is considered agreed upon. Because locksmith work requires specialized labor, tools, and materials that are used on the spot, no price adjustments, disputes, or refund requests will be accepted after the work has begun or after the agreed-upon service has been completed.
Call-Back / Warranty Service
Quickest Locksmith provides a 60-day service warranty when we supply the parts used for the job.
If you experience an issue related to our workmanship or the parts we provided within 60 days, you may request a call-back.
During a valid call-back period:
Labor and parts covered under the warranty will be provided at no additional charge.
For issues reported after 60 days, standard service call, labor, and parts charges will apply.
Customer Data & Privacy
Quickest Locksmith LLC collects only the information necessary to provide services, including contact details, service location, and verification documents when required. All information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties except when required by law or necessary for service delivery.
Disclaimer
Quickest Locksmith strives to provide prompt and professional service.
All affiliated technicians are screened to ensure professionalism and proper credentials.
Quickest Locksmith LLC is a fully mobile locksmith service. Response times may vary based on traffic, location, weather conditions, and technician availability.
Service estimates provided over the phone or online are based solely on the information shared by the customer. Final pricing may differ after an on-site assessment, and no work is performed until the customer approves and signs the service authorization form.
While we take every reasonable step to avoid damage during locksmith procedures, certain situations such as severely damaged locks, nonstandard hardware, or prior tampering may require drilling or replacement. The technician will inform the customer of such conditions before proceeding whenever possible.
All services are performed by qualified, independent technicians who operate under Quickest Locksmith’s standards of conduct. Technicians are responsible for carrying and maintaining any state or local licenses required for the services they perform.
Availability of specific services, tools, or replacement parts may vary depending on location and time of day. In rare cases, same-day completion may not be possible due to part availability or manufacturer-specific requirements.
Quickest Locksmith LLC reserves the right to refuse service in situations that present safety concerns, unlawful circumstances, or locations that are inaccessible or unsafe for mobile operations.
The customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding the service request, ensure safe access to the property or vehicle, and present valid identification when required. The customer must verify ownership or authorized access before any locksmith work can begin. Service may be denied if proper identification or authorization cannot be provided.
Service is only provided to customers 18 years of age or older, and valid identification WILL be required before work begins.
Service Hours
Quickest Locksmith LLC provides mobile locksmith services during regular operating hours. Response times and availability may vary based on scheduling, location, technician availability, weather, traffic, or other operational factors.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising from the services provided shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Oregon, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the customer agrees to first contact Quickest Locksmith LLC to attempt an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree that disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court in the State of Oregon, unless prohibited by law.
